ORDERING PRODUCTS – When ordering from Vintage Toy Shop, the following information is required:

Name – We use this information to send you your order, and to address you with information or questions regarding your order. We also use this name in conjunction with an address to send notices and catalogues. Anyone may remove themselves from receiving Vintage Toy Shop emails, email vintagtoyshop11@gmail.com

Billing Address – We use this information to send you your order if you have requested that your order be sent to your billing address.

Phone Numbers (daytime/night time) – We use this to call you if there is any problem or concern with your order.

E-mail Address – Your e-mail address is used to send you information regarding your order, and to send you promotional information, news and information regarding products and offers available at Vintage Toy Shop. Your e-mail address is NEVER shared, sold, or given to any third party.

PRE-ORDERs AND DEPOSITS:

Pre-Orders made on behalf of clients carry a pre-arranged and agreed percentage deposit. This deposit is non-refundable. Should a lay-bye or pre-order be cancelled, the client forfeits the paid amounts for that particular item.

As far as possible, Vintage Toy Shop will provide as accurate a date as possible as to the release and arrival of a product. Should there be any delays for the suppliers, distributors or manufacturers, Vintage Toy Shop will notify the client at our soonest. Further, such occurrences are out of Vintage Toy Shops’ control.
