We try grade the condition of our Funko Pops! to the best of our ability. Although we inspect every box and every product that we upload, we are only human and might get it wrong sometimes… please raise a query if you are not happy with the grading and we’ll try do everything within our means to resolve the issue.

10 – never gonna happen… We don’t buy from the factory production line and therefore every Funko Pop! will have some minor flaw.

9 – a box that is near mint. Box is great condition, new and maybe a very minor flaw (scratching on window or corner blunting)

8 – the box will be in very fine condition, very little shelf wear and maybe a some window scratches and corner blunting

7 – the box will show visible shelf wear, especially common in older pops that have not been in protectors. dull printing, corner blunting and visible window scratches. 

6 – visible flaws, visual presentation of the box will show the damage. Could be cleaned up with some TLC but no guarantee on the box will be provided. Usually a visible crease on front, box dent from shipping and a possible tear. Request pictures of the actual Pop if you are buying from this line of graded Pop. will be displayed as “Sale” and up to 40% discount due to the damage. 

5 – Visible tears and damage to the box… at this stage you might want to look at displaying this out of box (“OOB”). We will always have these on sale and up to 60% discount when it reaches this stage.

Like our Funko Pops! we try grade our comics to the best of our limited educational ability. If you feel we have done you dirty on a grade, please raise it and we’ll try our best to redeem our trust with you.

We are at your service master and will accommodate your requests as and when required. However as there will be more than one delivery, you might be subjected to an additional delivery charge if the order is split.
